The CatDem Foundation located in Barcelona, Spain, organized a seminar titled Participative democracy, E-Democracy: The expericences of the Netherlands and Switzerland. We (Eric Dubuis and Oliver Spycher) reported on the status in Switzerland (cantons having e-voting systems in operation, experiences) as well as our demand for more transparency (slides).
